  • Yes, the vygnette is a stand-alone home with all it’s own amenities. It is part of a four acre property and has it’s own outdoor spaces and parking. It shares a driveway with another home on the property.

  • All kinds of good stuff!!! We have designed the vygnette to accommodate 2 adults who would share the bedroom. Our idea for this home was to provide all the bedding, towels, plates, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and furniture to ensure you can just move right in. Just bring your clothes and groceries.

    There are an apartment sized washer and dryer in a small closet next to the bathroom that are perfect for one or two people.

    We also provide Culligan brand water softening using a low-impact tank swap system, which means no extra water usage or waste. The tank is changed monthly.

    We have a Tesla brand EV charger available exclusively for the vygnette for those that have an electric vehicle. The charger is capable of fully charing a vehicle overnight and is set to begin charging after 9PM.

    We include reasonable use of heating/air conditioning, electric, water and wifi. We monitor the overall use of these utilities and ask that you be thoughtful in your use of these resources.

  • Sorry, but we are only allowed to rent for a minimum of 30 days per Riverside County ordinance. the vygnette is not classified as a short term rental.

  • We offer fully furnished month-to-month rental up to 6 months at a time. If you need more than 6 months we encourage you to make two bookings, up to a total of 12 months.

    If you would like to inquire about a 12 month or longer contract please email us to discuss.

  • The maximum occupancy of the vygnette is two people. Overnight guests are limited to no more than 4 nights per month, and no more than two people staying overnight at any time. See rental rules and contract terms for more details.

  • Yes, the neighborhood the vygnette is located in has strict noise regulations to ensure a peaceful and serene setting for all residents. the vygnette is perfect for those who enjoy a beautiful sunset or who like to host a frind for dinner, but it is definitely not a party house.

    Parking is limited to (1) operable vehicle per person on the lease.

    EV charging is limited to vehicles registered to those leasing the house.

  • Reasonable use of utilities is included in the monthly rent. Those utilities are propane (for the stove, and water heater), heating and air conditioning, electricity and water. We also provide garbage service for both trash and recyclables using the two trash cans provided.

    Reasonable use is modeled on the number of people on the lease, and in simple terms is considered to be usage at a level most people would be comfortable paying for themselves. This means you should not leave the air conditioning running excessively, or while the patio doors are open, or for example running the water excessively or unnecessarily.

    We ask those that rent the vygnette to use good judgement and be considerate to us as the owners and conscious of the environmental impact of your use of resources.

  • the vygnette has upscale and new appliances throughout!

    The stove/oven is propane (gas) and designed for serious cooking. There is an exhaust vent above the stove as well.

    The microwave is drawer-type unit that extends out at the touch of a button.

    The dishwasher is a three-rack Miele unit.

    The refrigerator is a 17 cubic foot Samsung with fridge on top and freezer on the bottom.

    The stainless steel kitchen sink has a gabage disposal.

    The TV is a Samsung 65” with remote control and SONOS sound bar for both TV sound and general music.

    The washer and dryer are stackable GE units, located in a small closet next to the bathroom.

    The water heater is a tankless, propane unit that provides nearly immediate hot water for any length of time.

    The WiFi is via T-Mobile, and is sufficient for watching TV and surfin the internet, but bandwidth can fluctuate.

  • Sorry, we are not accepting pets at this time as the vygnette is brand new!

  • No, we are a smoke and vaoe free property.

    Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed on the property at any time - either inside the home or anywhere on the rest of the property.
